Sean Williams is entering his 14th season at the helm of the Bethany High School Boys Soccer Program. Williams, a 2001 graduate of Bethany High School, has ten playoff appearances, three State Quarter-Final appearances, two State Semi-Final appearances, and one district championship at Bethany. In the spring of 2019, after the departure of Ryan Brock, Williams was tabbed to take over the girls soccer program at Bethany while remaining the Head Boys Coach.

After graduating from Bethany in 2001 Williams went on to play four years of collegiate soccer at Southern Nazarene University. During his time playing at SNU Williams was a four year starter and helped lead his team to a top 5 national ranking and an appearance in the NAIA National Semi-Finals in 2005. He was also a part of two teams that won the Sooner Athletic Conference regular season title, two NAIA Region 6 Championship teams, and had three NAIA playoff appearances. He also was awarded the NAIA Champions of Character Award at the NAIA National Tournament in 2005.

Coach Williams has a career record of 113-71 in his time as a head coach and has received numerous awards in his fourteen years. He has twice been honored to coach in the Oklahoma Soccer Coaches Association All State Game (2011, 2017) and has been the district coach of the year four times (2010, 2011, 2013, & 2017). He also received the National Coaches Association of America Regional Small School Soccer Coach of the Year in 2016.

Coach Williams also served as an assistant football coach for the first 11 years of his coaching career, nine of those years at Bethany High School and two of those years at Millwood High School. He has also recently returned to the sidelines as the Defensive Secondary coach for the Broncho Football Program. While at Millwood he was a part of the 2006 2A State Championship team. Williams was also the defensive secondary coach for two State Semi-Final teams at Bethany in 2007 and 2010.

Away from coaching and teaching Coach Williams enjoy playing golf, spending time with his family, and watching his kids compete in whatever sport they are playing at the time. He is married to his wife Amy and they have two kids, Beckham (12 years) and Kinlee (9 years).
