Kacy Oltmann is from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, where she commenced  her training in dance and musical theatre. Kacy has studied Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Tap, and Hip Hop, and has competitively danced as a soloist and group member. In her 25 plus years of dance, she attended classes at the University of Central Oklahoma as well as multiple dance conventions and competitions such as L.A. Dance Force,  Dance Masters of America, Dupree, I Love Dance, National Dance Alliance, Oklahoma State Dance Team Directors' Association, Tremaine, Pulse, NUVO, and SYTYCD Experience.

Kacy was the captain of her high school dance team, a second year officer, and three year member. Her performance experience includes Miss Oklahoma Pageants, NFL halftime performances with famous musicians, Tulsa Philharmonic, Tulsa Theatre Productions,  television, many Tulsa area festivals and events, and traveling for invitational performances in Texas, Missouri, California, and Hawaii. She aided in the establishment and  development of Broken Arrow’s Junior Varsity dance team, and choreographed award-winning dances for the new team. Her solo and group choreography continues to produce title winners each year. She has received National  level awards for choreography as well as special recognition for creativity and choreography at regional competitions. Driven by her love for dance, Kacy gained teaching experience from multiple establishments throughout the state, while she earned her B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences from Oklahoma State University and an M.A. in Youth Development from Michigan State University. 

Her education contributes immensely to her variety of teaching methods designed to best meet the various learning needs of the children she has the privilege to mentor. Kacy feels fortunate to be able to utilize both her passion for dance and youth development expertise to inspire and educate her students.
