**Bethany Public Schools will be limiting attendance at indoor events to the following numbers based on the State of Oklahoma pandemic color chart for Oklahoma County. Please make sure you follow the instructions in the correct section below to reserve your seats.**

Red Level - 10% of Capacity (140 Spectators) - ONLINE TICKETS ONLY - See Sections Below
**Current Level** - Orange Level II - 20 % of Capacity (280 Spectators) - ONLINE TICKETS ONLY - See Sections Below
Orange Level I - 33% of Capacity (460 Spectators)
Yellow Level - 50% of Capacity (700 Spectators)
Green Level - No Restrictions

Frequently Asked Questions about Online Tickets & Family Vouchers

SPECTATOR TYPE #1 - FAMILY OF BETHANY ATHLETE
We will guarantee entry at all attendance levels to parents of our athletes through a voucher system. The parents & siblings with a voucher must purchase their ticket with CASH at the gate ($5 for adults, $3 for school aged children, $3 for seniors over 60). Bethany passes or OSSAA passes will be accepted, but you must be a parent or sibling with a voucher to use the pass. The voucher is "virtual", so family members do not need a physical voucher at the gate, parents will simply be required to show a picture ID to verify their voucher when they arrive. Please go to the "Family Voucher" entrance which will be west of the normal gym entrance (north doors of the high school). Parents or younger siblings entering the game through this method DO NOT need to purchase or reserve an online ticket for the game.

SPECTATOR TYPE #2 - VISITING FANS
The visiting team will have an allotment of tickets reserved that will be pre-sold ONLINE ONLY. A link will be sent to the visiting schools athletic department several days prior to the game. These tickets will be first come, first served and the amount available will be based on the attendance level. All online tickets will cost $5. Please contact your athletic department for the link or email athletics@bethanyschools.com. There will NOT be specific visiting team tickets for any rescheduled games on February 9 and 11 due to the games being added on a short timeline. A ticket link will be sent to the athletic director when the links are active so your fans can purchase online tickets. Online tickets for these games will be first come, first serve.

SPECTATOR TYPE #3 - BETHANY FANS OR OUTSIDE SPECTATORS
There will be a limited number of tickets available to other Bethany fans and outside spectators that will be pre-sold ONLINE ONLY. A link will be provided below. These tickets will be first come, first served and the amount available will be based on the attendance level. If tickets are not available always check again by clicking the links below around 2:00 PM on game day as more tickets may be released based on reservation numbers. Bethany All Sports Passes or OSSAA Passes are currently only being accepted if you are in the family category above (Spectator Type #1). If we proceed out of the Red Level in the future this policy will be re-evaluated.

CANCELED EVENT REFUNDS
**If you need a refund for tickets you purchased and the game was canceled due to COVID protocols send an email to athletics@bethanyschools.com. Copy and paste the following information and replace the blanks with your answers for a refund to be issued.**
