Boys & Girls Basketball Area Tournament Brackets
The Broncho Boys and Girls Basketball teams have both advanced to the Area Tournament that begins Thursday, March 5 at Stillwater High School in Stillwater, OK.
The Bethany boys team (4A-#8) is currently in the winner's bracket and will not play until the Area Championship game on Friday night, March 6 at 8:00 PM against Kingfisher (4A-#1). CLICK HERE for the Boys Area Tournament Bracket. The winner of that game advances straight to the state tournament the following week. The loser will have to play their way in during the Area Consolation game on Saturday, March 7 at 8:00 PM. The winner of the consolation game also qualifies for the state tournament.
The Bethany girls team (4A-UR) is currently in the loser's bracket with their only playoff lost coming to Victory Christian (4A-#5). The Lady Bronchos will play on Thursday afternoon, March 5 at 1:30 PM against Elk City (4A-UR). CLICK HERE for the Girls Area Tournament Bracket. The winner of this game will have to win again on Friday, March 6 at 1:30 PM before then moving onto the Area Consolation game on Saturday, March 7 at 6:30 PM. The winner of the consolation game also qualifies for the state tournament.
