Bethany's Eventz Malaska scored an early goal in the Bronchos (4A) district victory over ASTEC (4A).

Oklahoma City, OK - The Bethany (4A) boys soccer team headed on the road for their first district game of the season to take on ASTEC Charter School (4A). The Bronchos got off to a fast start on the evening with Eventz Malaska continuing his great play of late as he scored on a great pass from Benito Ausley, but failed to make anything else happen in the half. The Bronchos would take the 1-0 lead into halftime before taking control of the game in the second half by putting a lot of pressure on ASTEC the rest of the way. Benito Ausley scored the second goal of the game for the Bronchos off of a Jocelyn Malaska assist to secure the Broncho victory and help them move to 1-0 in district play and 3-3 overall. ASTEC falls to 2-5 on the year and 0-1 in district 4A-4 play. The Bronchos return to the field this Thursday, March 28 against Mount St. Mary at the SNU Soccer Complex in another import district matchup.
