Girls Basketball Tips Off in 4A Regional Today

The Bethany Lady Bronchos (4A) will take on Bridge Creek (4A) at 1:30 PM today in regional tournament play. This is an elimination game in the playoff race for Bethany and Bridge Creek that will be played at Bridge Creek High School. Bethany is coming off of their 50-28 loss to a talented Pauls Valley (4A) team in the district round of the playoffs. Bridge Creek played Weatherford (4A-#13) in their district game and fell 63-31 on the road. The Bobcats are 7-15 on the year, while Bethany is 8-15. 

The loser of this game will be eliminated from the playoff picture and the winner will move on in the regional consolation bracket to take on the loser of Anadarko (4A-#5) vs. Clinton (4A). That game will take place at 6:30 PM on Friday at Anadarko High School. The Lady Bronchos need to win three games in a row to advance to the area tournament round of the playoffs next week at Washington High School.
