Eric Sailer is entering his fourth year as the head girls basketball coach at Bethany High School after previously serving as the head girls coach at Yukon High School. Prior to his head coaching stint at Yukon, Sailer was an assistant at Yukon as well as an assistant coach for 10 seasons at Edmond Memorial. While at Edmond Memorial Coach Sailer also coached football and tennis. In addition to his successful coaching career, Mr. Sailer is an award winning physical education teacher and was awarded the 2016 Scholls PE Teacher Award for excellence in developing healthy lifestyles at his school. 

Coach Sailer says, "I believe I had a huge responsibility as a coach. I strive to speak words of life into our kids lives. I encourage them to daily to give their best on and off the court." Away from the game of Basketball Coach Sailer enjoys enjoys spending time with his family and camping. Eric and his wife Amy have been married for 24 years and have five children; Megan, Aaron, Brooke, Benjamin (14), and Emma (12).
